9/29/22 - KB and Mace Swings
Got a little afternoon movement training in on a beautiful sunny day.
- Rounds of 2 with 50 second intervals - 10 rounds of: - One-Handed Swings - 24 kg x 10 reps 
- Quad Mace 360s x 10 reps 
 
Right hip got a little stiff but not too bad.
