- Snatches with 24 kg EMOM - 3 rounds of: - 3+3

- Rest three minutes 
 
- 200-lb sandbag shoulders - 1 rep every 90 seconds for 10 total reps - This was awesome. 
- KB Presses - 24 x 3 x 5
